How do I send artwork for my logo or personalized imprint?

We will typeset any line art, but if you have a logo or your own line art, you should provide vector art (Adobe Illustrator). To print clearly, your image must be created at least 300 dpi or be vector art (Adobe Illustrator). Any image created less than 300 dpi may appear choppy or blurry. Other suitable formats include: .PDF files of high resolution images .TIF files (300 dpi or larger). Either e-mail your logo to art@pgicards.com as an attachment or mail a CD or floppy disk to: The Signature Collection, 370 Technology Drive, Malvern, PA   19355

Will I see a proof of the artwork for my order?

Yes. You will receive an email from our art department (usually within 3-4 business days) that contains a link for you to view your artwork (verse, personalization, logo, signatures, envelopes, etc.). Please respond to this email within 2 business days to let us know that you approve the artwork with no changes OR with a request for specific changes. If we don't hear from you within 2 days we'll proceed with processing your order and you will be unable to make any changes without incurring additional charges.

How do I make you aware of special instructions for my order?

Please call our friendly service representatives at 888-557-2708 to ensure that we capture all of your special requests.

How do I pay for an order?

We accept all major credit cards or you may request to be billed. If your order is over $500, you'll need to open an account with us after submitting either a formal purchase order or credit history. Payment is due 14 days from receipt of invoice if you do not pay by credit card.

Can I return my personalized cards for a refund?

You may only return your cards for a refund if we made a mistake on the order (such as we processed the wrong card or the personalization was incorrect).

Can I get samples of your cards?

Yes, you are welcome to select up to 5 cards. We'll send them to you at no charge. Please call 888-557-2708 to request your sample cards.

How many cards and envelopes are contained in a box?

Each box contains 25 cards and 25 matching envelopes.

What color envelopes do you sell?

Envelopes are available in white with gold foil, white with silver foil and ivory with gold foil. They are appropriately matched to the cards you select.

Can I purchase additional envelopes?

Yes. Additional envelopes are available for purchase - $5.00 for 25 envelopes. If you'd like them personalized, it's $5.00 for 25 envelopes plus $0.08 cents per envelope for personalization. The $10 set up fee is covered under your primary card order. There's a link on each individual card page to order additional, corresponding envelopes.

How are photo cards printed?

A few of our cards have the option of inserting your own personal photo on the front. The inside imprint on these cards will be printed horizontally unless you email customerservice@pgiorders.com or call 888-557-2708 as soon as you place your order.

Is there a charge for a basic personalization of my cards?

No. A 3-line card imprint is free with your order. It will be in all caps unless other wise specified.

Can I create a custom verse?

Yes. You have the option on the order form. You can compose your own verse and select from one of four type styles. There is a $25 set up fee.

Can I add a company logo to my cards?

Yes. Your company logo can be added to any card for an additional $35.00 set-up fee. It will be printed in the same color as your card personalization (verse, envelopes, etc.).

Can I send my logo in color and expect it to print in the same colors?

No. Your logo will be printed in the color you selected for your imprint color. If you want it printed in another color (or colors) you must email customerservice@pgiorders.com or call 888-557-2708 as soon as you place your order to provide special instructions. Do not assume that because you send your logo in one or more colors that it will print that way. Additional charges will apply for using colors other than your selected imprint color.

Can I add signatures to my cards?

Yes. Your signature(s) can be added to any card for an additional $25.00 set-up fee. Please follow these simple guidelines:
  • Neatly sign your name(s) on a piece of blank paper in BLACK INK ONLY.
  • Make sure that no signatures overlap.
  • The signatures will appear on the card in the size you have signed them unless you note otherwise.
  • We WILL NOT accept faxes or photocopies, so you must mail the signature sheet to: The Signature Collection, 370 Technology Drive, Malvern, PA  19355
  • Submit your signature(s) as soon as possible to ensure your order is not delayed.

What are your imprint color choices?

You have a choice of black, blue, green or red for your imprint color. Each card has a recommended imprint color which will act as the default unless you select another color. The inside of the card along with the envelopes (should you select to personalize them) are printed in the same imprint color.

Can I select a PMS color for my imprint color choice?

Yes, but you must call customer service at 888-557-2708 to add this to your order. There is not a place online for you to make this note - so please call as soon as you've placed your order or place your order directly with one of our friendly customer service representatives. There is an additional charge for the PMS color option.

Can I select a different imprint color for the inside of the cards and the return address on the envelopes?

No. The inside of the card along with the envelopes (should you select to personalize them) are printed in the same imprint color.

Can I select a different imprint color for the personalization inside the cards and the logo?

No. We only print in one color, so your personalization, logo and envelopes (should you select to personalize them) are printed in the same imprint color.

Can you imprint my return address on the back of the envelopes?

Yes. Envelopes may be personalized on the back flap with your name and address (up to 4 lines in the same color as your verse personalization.) Indicate your name and address as you want them to appear on the envelopes on the order form. Add $10.00 set up fee plus $0.08 cents per envelope.

How do you ship my order?

Standard shipping is UPS Ground. If you'd like to receive your order via a faster shipping method, please select an expedited shipping option during checkout.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

We send via UPS. Below is a summary of our charges:
  • UPS Ground: 11% of merchandise (Minimum S&H charge: $10.00)
  • UPS to AK, HI, PR: 20% of merchandise (Minimum S&H charge: $20.00)
  • UPS 2nd Day: 20% of merchandise (Minimum S&H charge: $20.00)
  • UPS Next Day: 25% of merchandise (Minimum S&H charge: $25.00)

How long does it take to receive a personalized card order?

You should allow approximately 10 business days from the time your order is placed to when it will ship out. This is based on cards that are in-stock at the time of your order. If we are out of stock it will take longer.

How long does it take to receive a blank card order?

If you do not select any personalization options (artwork, verse or envelopes) you should allow approximately 2 business days from the time your order is placed to when it will ship out. This is based on cards that are in-stock at the time of your order. If we are out of stock it will take longer.
